Welkom in ons Aziatische specialiteiten restaurant ‘Doozo Asia’. ‘Doozo’ is Japans voor ‘alsjeblieft’ en verwijst ook naar de gastvrije omgeving waarin we jullie willen laten genieten van diverse \u00a0Japanse gerechten, een ruime selectie sushi, maar ook gerechten uit Korea, China en Vietnam. Met ‘wij, bedoelen we Shi en Wang, inmiddels zijn wij bijna 10 jaar actief bij diverse Aziatische restaurants in Nederland. V\u00f3\u00f3r onze komst naar Nederland hebben wij in China al leren koken en de fijne kneepjes van de Japanse kookkunst geleerd bij Japanse chef-koks. Onze wens was om ooit zelfstandig een nieuw eigen restaurant te beginnen. Deze wens is nu in vervulling gegaan met de opening van Doozo Asia in de bruisende binnenstad van Harderwijk. Wij hopen dat we jullie kunnen verrassen en laten genieten van de met zorg en toewijding bereide gerechten. Uiteraard zijn wij benieuwd naar jullie reacties en eventuele suggesties. Dus ‘alsjeblieft, eet smakelijk’, in het Japans ‘Doozo Meshiagare’, of in onze moedertaal ‘Man Man Chi’!<\/p>\n
